Version:

Effective:

Jurisdiction:

Acceptance

By using this site or contacting Veronix Group Ltd (“Veronix”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms cover the public website only. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement.

02 //

Services & engagement

Veronix delivers enterprise AI architecture, operational audits, systems engineering, and related advisory work. Site content is descriptive — it is not an offer.

An engagement starts only when both parties sign an agreement covering scope, fees, timing, and deliverables. Until then, nothing we say or send is advice (see Liability).

03 //

Scout briefings

Scout is a free, informational briefing for businesses. It is based on public information and on what you tell us, and it is prepared with the help of AI tools and reviewed by our team.

A Scout briefing is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and we do not guarantee it is complete or accurate. Sample pages on this site are illustrative and use fictional figures. Decide for yourself before relying on a briefing.

What you submit is used only to reply to you and prepare your briefing. We do not share it with other businesses or publish it. We may use anonymised, combined statistics from submissions, for example how many businesses use a particular tool; these never identify you or your company.

We may decline or limit a request, and our stated reply time is a target, not a guarantee. Requests must be made by or for a business.

04 //

Job applications

Applying through this site does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or any engagement. A role is only filled when a written agreement is signed. Only share material you are entitled to share.

05 //

Acceptable use

Use this site for lawful business purposes only. Do not:

  • Probe, scan, or disrupt site infrastructure or security
  • Scrape or republish site content at scale without written consent
  • Misrepresent identity or authority when contacting Veronix
  • Introduce malware or interfere with others’ access
06 //

Intellectual property

Site content and branding belong to Veronix or its licensors. Viewing pages for evaluation does not grant a wider licence.

Client deliverables and background IP are set in the engagement agreement, not here.

07 //

Confidentiality

Please do not send confidential information through the forms. We handle what you send as described in our Privacy Statement.

Confidentiality for a project is set by the engagement agreement or a separate NDA.

08 //

Liability

The site and Scout briefings are free and provided as is.

Anything we tell you or give you before a written agreement for services is signed is general information, not advice. That includes a Scout briefing, anything said on a call or in a meeting, and any message, data or opinion we send. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for anything you or anyone else does, or decides not to do, because of it, or for any loss that results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veronix is also not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss from relying on content on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of this site or a Scout briefing is limited to £100.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including negligence causing death or personal injury, or fraud.

09 //

Termination of access

We may suspend or restrict access if these terms are breached, or if security or operations require it.

IP, liability limits, and governing law survive after access ends.

11 //

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12 //

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
